We'll schedule a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals, walk through package options, and answer your questions.

Within 5 business days, you'll receive a detailed proposal with recommended package, customizations, timeline, and pricing.

Booking

Secure your date with a signed agreement and 50% deposit. Your dedicated coordination lead takes it from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your event for Tiers 1–2, and 3–6 months for Tiers 3–4. Large-scale festivals and multi-day events should inquire as early as possible — our production calendar fills up quickly, especially for summer and fall dates.
1OH6 members — vendors and event professionals who are part of our network — receive automatic discounts of 15–23% on all coordination packages. Membership also includes priority vendor placement and quarterly consultations. You can sign up at any time, and member pricing applies to new bookings immediately.
Absolutely. Tier 4 is custom-quoted by default, but we also offer customized versions of Tiers 1–3. If your event doesn't fit neatly into a single package, tell us what you need and we'll build a tailored proposal.
Yes — vendor sourcing is included in every package. We maintain a network of 60+ trusted vendors across food, retail, entertainment, décor, A/V, and more. We handle outreach, negotiation, and coordination so you don't have to.
Marketing support is included in Tier 2 and above for public-facing events. This includes flyer design, social media assets, and promotional strategy. For private events, marketing is not typically needed, but we can add content creation or social promo reels à la carte.
Tier 1 does not include permits. Tiers 2–3 include permit guidance and application support. Tier 4 includes full permit coordination. We also offer standalone permit procurement for $300 as an à la carte service.
Day-of coordination means a 1OH6 lead is physically on-site managing your event timeline, directing vendors, handling logistics, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You get to be a host, not a project manager. Hours vary by package — 5 hours for Tier 1, 8 hours for Tier 2, and 10–12 hours for Tier 3.
If you're hosting a small gathering under 75 guests and need basic coordination — start with Community Essentials. For weddings, galas, or charity events in the 75–200 range — Signature Event is our most popular choice. For festivals, block parties, or anything 200+ — go with Full Production. If you need strategic support, sponsorships, or multi-day logistics — Executive Development is your tier.
